Support during financial hardship

If you need financial help to meet the costs of essential items in an emergency, an unforeseen event or exceptional pressures, there are grants and other support that you may be eligible for. DIAL can help you apply for local welfare provision funds. This might include emergency energy top-ups, replacement white goods and a new home starter pack for qualifying applications.

Foodbanks – emergency food

Foodbanks work with local organisations like DIAL Solihull to identify people in need. We can issue foodbank vouchers to clients accessing our services.

Advance Credit Union helps people to save regularly and to borrow responsibly and ethically – an alternative to high street banks and payday lenders.

DIAL is a local collection point for Advance Credit Union. Anyone who lives or works in North and East Birmingham and the whole of Solihull can become a member.
