The final quarter of 2016 saw DIAL begin to deliver a 12 month pilot to provide benefits advice and disability related information and advice to disabled children and their parents and carers.
DIAL Solihull also received a ‘Chairman’s Award, Highly Commended’ in the Solihull Together for Better Lives Awards. Staff were delighted with this award as it was the result of our clients taking the time and effort to nominate us. Many of the staff were mentioned personally in the nominations.
DIAL Solihull can now offer appointments at the new Community Advice Hubs which are up and running at The Core in central Solihull and in the library in Chelmsley Wood.
